Foshan Perennial Mall is a large commercial shopping center jointly developed by Nenking Group and Perennial Retail Trust by BT cooperation. The plaza, which serves as the fourth phase of Yicui Sega urban complex project developed by Nenking Group, was sold to Perennial China Retail Trust in 2009.
