On November 29, 2019, Foshan releases a new policy for talents to buy houses. Those who have a bachelor degree or higher education background can buy a house without any restrictions in respect of social security and household registration. On December 2, 2019, Shenzhen announces that the commercial residences are now salable without restrictions. On December 12, Shenzhen officially removes the restrictions on business apartment, making it both rentable and salable.
