The Guangzhou Metro Line 28 has been submitted to the NDRC for approval!

Line 28 starts from Zhengguo Airport, passes through Zengcheng, Huangpu, Haizhu, Liwan Districts and ends at Foshan West Railway Station. And a branch line is planned to extend from Xintang of Zengcheng to Liaobu of Dongguan.
This news has triggered public attention in the Greater Bay Area as this line connects three major cities within this region.
