Nenking Property Enters the “Top100 China Property Service Companies” List
The “2022 Top100 China Property Service Companies Summit”, organized by China Property Management Research Institute, Cric China and Shanghai Yiju Real Estate Research Institute, comes to a successful conclusion on July 29. Over 30 business leaders from different fields share their latest thoughts and experience with others on the summit and more than 300 company representatives and 100 media gather together to explore the core issues and solutions for the property service industry. In the end, Nenking Property is awarded as the “2022 Top100 China Property Service Company” for the very first time.

Municipal Leaders Visit Loong Lions
On July 5, Ouyang Ziwen, secretary and of the Party group, director general of the Administration of Sport of Guangzhou Municipality, arrives at the training center of Loong Lions Basketball Club with Zhong Naixiong, honorary chairman of the board of directors of Nenking Group and president of Loong Lions, to know more about Loong Lions’ facilities and franchise history and watch the team’s regular training. On April 1, 2022, the Nanhai Loong Lions Exhibition Hall & Basketball Club (exhibition hall for short), which is located at Sector C, Block 11 of the Riviera Estate, is officially completed and opened.
